After one month of monitoring, the technicians believe that this product can accurately measure seven parameters such as inlet pressure, outlet pressure, well fluid temperature, motor temperature, and unit vibration. “With these parameters, we can grasp the parameters of oil well production conditions and analyze the production status of oil wells in time to help users optimize the mining plan of electric submersible pump wells and improve oil recovery efficiency.†Han Jiqiang, deputy director of electrical design of Lishen Pump Industry Technology R&D Center, said .
Han Jiqiang introduced that the product was developed in 2014. At that time, the domestic electric pump downhole sensors were mostly resistant to 125 degrees Celsius, and the breakthrough of "125 degrees Celsius" was particularly difficult and particularly critical. Through in-depth study of downhole power system, data acquisition and signal conditioning unit, timing control and data transmission mechanism, technicians have formed two key points of time-sharing transmission technology at 150 degrees Celsius and the power supply technology of downhole instrument with self-stabilization function. technology. In November last year, the research team broke through the technical bottleneck of the domestic sensor with the highest temperature resistance of 125 degrees Celsius, and solved the technical problems of the traditional design scheme of the timing control circuit, the high static power consumption of the downhole power supply, and the export restrictions of foreign related high and small devices.
The 150-degree Celsius electric pump downhole sensor of Daqing Oilfield is mainly for overseas markets. In the past 4 years, the overseas market of Lishen Pumps in Daqing Oilfield has used 160 sets of this product every year. The cost of one set of equipment is 50,000 yuan less than that of foreign products, and 8 million yuan is saved in one year. In the next step, Daqing Oilfield will scale the 150-degree Celsius downhole sensor and gradually replace the original foreign products.
In recent years, Daqing Lishen Pump Industry has vigorously developed the electric pump downhole sensor technology and products. At present, it has achieved serialization. The categories have two parameters, four parameters and seven parameters. The temperature levels are divided into two levels: 125 degrees Celsius and 150 degrees Celsius. The levels are divided into two levels of 25 MPa and 40 MPa.
