In the self-made, modified and repaired hydraulic equipment, the counterbore processing as shown in the figure is often encountered. The sealing structure is required to have a sealing surface roughness of Rα 1.6 to 0.4 in a high-pressure hydraulic system with a pressure of 32 MPa, particularly in a working condition requiring a long holding time, in order to ensure reliable sealing without leakage. Since the general factory does not have a special machine to process the counterbore, the drill bit is usually taken out directly, so it is difficult to achieve the roughness requirement for the cast iron or steel material.
