Toyota C-HR Turkey is put into production or listed at the end of the year
According to foreign media reports, Toyota Motor Corporation began production of its small SUV C-HR in Turkey on November 9 and said that C-HR models will be exported to the global market, including the North American market.
Toyota said that the first batch of funds invested in Turkey will reach 350 million euros (about 390 million US dollars), and the output of the factory in Turkey will increase from 150,000 to 180,000.
According to the European Automotive News car factory layout map, Toyota currently produces Corolla and Verso models at its Turkish plant.
Toyota exhibited the production version of the C-HR at this year's Geneva Motor Show, the first model built on a TNGA platform outside Japan. In the domestic market, Toyota C-HR competes with Binzhi, XRV, hackers and Ford. It is said that this CHR is expected to be available at the end of this year or next spring. The car will be available in a petrol or diesel version or a hybrid version.
Toyota's CHR appearance adopts the latest family-style design style, and directly moves the air intake grille to the bottom of the front of the car. It is almost exactly the same as the front face of the Leiling Twin Engine. The overall look is sharp. In general, this new car is mainly based on sports style, the overall image is much younger than hackers and wingers.
